Emmanuel Macron Emerges France Youngest President After Defeating Marine Le Pen

Emmanuel Macron has emerged winner of
France’s Presidential Election. He was 65.1%
ahead of Marine Le Pen. He will be the 25th
President of France.


Independent centrist Emmanuel Macron, 39, who
was unknown three years ago ago, has become
France’s youngest-ever president after an
estimated 65% to 35% victory in the second
round run-off against Front National’s right-wing
leader Marine Le Pen.

President Buhari Scores High on Security

The Young Democratic Party (YDP) on Monday commended President Muhammadu Buhari-led government for the achievements recorded so far in addressing security challenges confronting the country.
